We are pleased to announce that Performance Running Outfitters is the official Training Partner of the Brewers Mini-Marathon + 10K! Performance Running Outfitters is locally owned by Trae and Jessica Hoepner, who together have over 20 years of coaching and 30 years of running expertise. 

 

Brewers Mini-Marathon Training Program

 Are you looking to go to the next level with your running?

Performance Running Outfitters can help you achieve your goals!

 

The PRO Half Marathon training program is geared toward the moderately fit runner who has already finished a 5K or 10K and wants more of a challenge with our weekly motivation. This is a progressive course which will focus on completing a longer distance each week.  Performance Running Outfitters will provide a training program, weekly emails with motivation, and necessary information for runners.

 

It is recommended that you can run 4 miles before beginning this program and have the “OK” from a medical professional with a clean bill of health. During the program the group will meet every Saturday for 12 weeks. Runners looking for additional group support are encouraged to attend our Thursday fun runs.

 

Informational Meeting - Wednesday, June 18th at 7pm - Brookfield location

Program Begins - Saturday, July 5th at 7am - Brookfield location

Program participants will receive:

  • Tech Tee
  • Running socks
  • Weekly emails with advice from coach
  • PRO Coupon - 20% OFF
  • Video gait analysis with footwear recommendation
  • Seminars on cadence & speed, nutrition & hydration, etc.

 

Program fee is $75 and does not include race registration fee.

Brewers 10K Training Program

 Have you completed a 5K and want to challenge yourself with a farther distance?

Then this is the class for you!

 

The Get Fit 10k program is geared towards the moderately fit runner, former runner, or beginning runner who has already finished a 5k and wants more of a challenge with weekly motivation. This is a progressive course which will focus on completing a longer distance each week.  Performance Running Outfitters will provide a training program, weekly emails with motivation and necessary information for runners.

 

It is recommended that you can run a 5k before beginning this program and have an “ok” from a medical professional with a clean bill of health. During the program the group will meet on Tuesdays each week for 8 weeks. Runners looking for additional group support are encouraged to attend our Thursday fun runs.

 

Informational Meeting - Tuesday, July 15th at 7pm - Brookfield and Shorewood locations

Program Begins - Tuesday, July 29th 6pm - Brookfield and Shorewood locations
